Rules

This board ranks creators by one thing: money. Every rank you see was paid for. That is not a scandal, it is the product, and EU law requires us to tell you anyway.

How ranking works

• Bids are whole US dollars. Minimum $2, steps of $1.
• Your bid amount is your rank. Highest bid sits at #1.
• Two equal bids? The one paid first ranks higher, forever.
• Paying less than the #1 price does not fail. You land wherever your amount puts you.
• Raising your bid sets it to the new amount. You pay the difference, not the full amount again.
• Nobody can lower your bid or take your rank without outbidding you.

The board moves

If you open checkout while the board changes, your payment buys whatever rank that amount gets at the moment it settles. Checkout at $1,000 aiming for #1, pay twenty minutes later after someone bids $3,000, and you get the rank $1,000 buys then. No refund for bad timing. Bid again to move up.

What you can list

An Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X or Twitch profile you control. Your listing links to that profile and nowhere else. We build the link from your handle ourselves, so there is no sneaking in a different URL.

What gets you removed

• Adult or sexual content. Anywhere. Including where the listing points.
• Chat and invite links: Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal.
• Gambling and crypto tokens.
• Pretending to be someone you are not.
• Anything illegal in the Netherlands, where this thing is run from.

The adult content rule has no exceptions. Payment processors shut down accounts over it, and this whole site is a payment processor with a scoreboard attached.

After you pay

• A completed payment is what claims the rank. No payment, no rank.
• New listings and edits pass a content check first. Clean ones go live in under a minute. Flagged ones wait for a human.
• If we reject your first listing, you get a full refund. If we reject an edit to a listing that is already live, the old version keeps showing and the money stays spent.
• Your listing is public. Clicks go to your profile through our redirect.
• We may reject or remove any listing. Our board, our call.

Refunds

Bids are final once your listing is live. Charge a payment back and the listing comes off the board the same day, rank included. Rejected first-time listings are refunded in full, automatically.

Verification

After paying you get a short code. Put it anywhere in your profile bio and we mark you verified within a few minutes. Verified listings get a checkmark and can download their rank card. Unverified listings stay on the board but wear an “unverified” label. You can delete the code from your bio once the checkmark shows.

Terms

• You warrant that you own the photo you upload and have the right to use any likeness in it. Upload someone else's face and that is on you, including the bill.
• Bids are non-refundable once the listing is live.
• We can reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
• Copyright or likeness complaint? Email board@topinfluencers.lol with a link to the listing and proof of your claim. We take legitimate complaints down fast.

Privacy

We store your handle, display name, description, photo, email address and bid history. The photo is personal data under GDPR, wherever you live. Payments run through Stripe; we never see your card number.

We keep listing data while your listing exists. Delete your listing from the manage page and we remove it from the board, delete the photos, and wipe your email from our records. Payment records stay, because tax law does not care about your vibes. We hash IP addresses for rate limiting and never store them raw. No ad trackers, no analytics cookies, no cookies at all.
